Caribbean master blaster Lendl Simmons joins Rajshahi Kings

A veteran in the T-20 arena, Trinidadian opener Lendl Simmons has agreed to join Rajshahi Kings for the upcoming BPL campaign. Lendl previously played for Khulna Titans in BPL 2016 season. He is a familiar face in the T-20 leagues around the globe. He has forged a successful career for various franchises around the world including Mumbai Indians, Brisbane Heat and Karachi Kings. An attractive opening batsman with strokes all around the ground, Lendl Simmons is one of a number of globetrotting T20 specialists from the West Indies. Simmons has a very impressive T-20 record with an average over 29 and an eye popping strike rate at 115. He has 40 ha;f centuries and one unbeaten century in his bag for the T-20s. A batsman like Lendl Simmons will be an invaluable addition to Rajshahi Kings as we are planning to go one step further from last time and emerge as champions!
