Hrithik Roshan to perform in BPL opening ceremony

After a gap of two years, country’s biggest franchise based cricket extravaganza in the form of Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) is going to resume its journey from November this year. This is going to be the third season of the lucrative league, as the first two season successfully took place in 2012 and 2013 respectively.

But as the image of the tournament was damaged a bit due to some fixing issues, the organizers are now determined to remove the ink-sheds from the name of the tournament. So they have decided to arrange a remarkable opening ceremony prior to the real cricketing actions roll onto the ground to kick of the tournament in style.

Consequently, they have decided to bring Bollywood superstar Hrithik Roshan to perform in the opening ceremony that is scheduled to take place on November 20. Organizers are expecting the ceremony to climb up to a blockbuster level, given the fact that Hrithik Roshan never performed in a live show in Bangladesh before.

It was also learnt that apart from the “Krrish” star, Sri Lanka born Bollywood beauty queen Jacqueline Fernandez and singer KK are also likely to put on performance in the grandiloquent opening ceremony. Alongside the Bollywood heartthrobs, Bangladeshi local artists will also get opportunity to showcase their performance in the event.
