‘Barisal Burners’ to change the name

Barisal Burners will turn into Barisal Bulls in third season of BPL. The Barisal Burners took part in previous two seasons of Bangladesh Premier League under the ownership of Alif Group.
But in this 3rd season Alif Group showed their interest to go for Sylhet in spite of Barisal and Axiom Technology got the ownership of Barisal team.
Therefore the new franchise has decided to change the name of their team. While talking with the Jamuna Television, one of the popular TV channels of Bangladesh, the Owner of Axiom Technology and the former cricketer Rizwan Bin Faruk said that they are going to change the name from “Barisal Burners” and “Barisal Bulls “.
So, its almost sure that the citizens of Barisal are going to cheer up their team in different name!
