The inaugural ceremony of 3rd Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) will be arranged on November 22.

With the participation of six cricket teams, the day-night T-20 matches will be held in Dhaka, Chittagong and Khulna beginning from November 24.

BPL Governing Council chairman Afzalur Rahman Sinha made the disclosure at a press conference at Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in city’s Mirpur area on Wednesday.

The teams include Dhaka Gladiators, owned by BEXIMCO Group; Barisal Burners, owned by EXIM Group; Chittagong King’s, owned by DBL Group; Sylhel Royals, owned by Alif Group; Rangpur Riders, owned by iSports and Comilla Legends, owned by Royal Sports.

BRB Cables will be the title sponsor of the tournament.
